Evidence is required for us to issue vouchers, please provide two pieces of evidence as described below:
You need to provide two pieces of evidence.
1. Bank statement (with name and address which matches your provided address, dated within the last six months)
2. Photo of your prepayment meter with meter number visible
Both pieces of evidence are required otherwise the application will be rejected and a new application will be required.
