They acknowledge that this means that the 8535 condition has been imposed on their visa and while in Australia they will only be entitled to the grant of limited visas including: A further student visa (subclass 500) in circumstance where the Commonwealth, or foreign government (as the case requires), does not oppose them from obtaining a further visa to stay in Australia.*
