Please note our cancelation policy which applies from letter of booking confirmation for any Rehearsal, Residency Partnerships & Event/Workshop rentals • Cancellations up to eight weeks or longer in advance of rental commencing: 25% deposit must be paid. • Cancellations four weeks in advance of rental commencing: 50% of rental cost must be paid. • Cancellations less than four weeks in advance of rental commencing: 75% of rental cost must be paid. If a confirmed booking fails to arrive on the day of the booking, the full rental cost must be paid

Do you have public liability insurance?

With all of our studio bookings, we require that you have public liability insurance with a general indemnity to principal clause amounting to a minimum of €2.6million; Dance Ireland must be explicitly named as a principal on the policy. Should you already have public liability cover it may just be a case of adding Dance Ireland as a nominated principal in the general indemnity clause. Some larger policies will extend indemnity cover to all principals, in this case, we do not require Dance Ireland to be explicitly named. We will require a copy of your policy, with the aforementioned indemnity, in advance of your booking. I have also attached a copy of our cancellation policy. Should you require the use of a ladder in studio, you will need to have a trained professional with Rigging Insurance for this to be used.

* No outdoor footwear, black, or marking soles, or hard soled shoes (including tap shoes and Irish hard shoes) are allowed to be used in DanceHouse Studios. Shoe covers can be given for meetings/performances.

Note: All studios must be emptied at end of day before evening classes. We have very limited space so f you require storage space it must be requested ahead of your booking and is not a guarantee, please contact reception. Only exception is Studio 4 where you have exclusive use.
Any Dance Ireland resources you would require (Chairs/tables/cables etc) and what they are being used for eg props/meeting
