We are currently looking to fill the following two positions:
Sponsorship Director
The Sponsorship Director leads efforts to secure and steward financial and in-kind sponsorships that support the organization’s mission and signature event(s). This role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with business and community partners and ensuring sponsors are appropriately recognized for their contributions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, cultivating, and securing sponsors aligned with the organization’s values and goals
- Managing ongoing relationships with sponsors, including communication before, during, and after events
- Coordinating sponsor benefits and recognition (e.g., logos, acknowledgments, signage, and promotional mentions) in collaboration with the Publicity Chair
Vendor Coordinator
The Vendor Coordinator oversees the planning and coordination of all festival vendors, including arts & crafts vendors, food vendors, demonstrators, non-profit organizations, and business sponsor booths. This role ensures a well-organized, diverse, and engaging vendor experience that supports the festival’s mission and contributes to a successful annual event.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating recruitment, application, and selection of arts & crafts, food, demonstrator, and non-profit vendors
- Updating vendor applications annually, logging applications as received, and presenting applications to the Board for review
- Serving as the primary point of contact for vendors, including communication before, during, and after the festival
- Planning vendor layout and space assignments, including coordination with Logistics on vendor parking and site need
- Coordinating with the Sponsorship Director on placement and needs of business sponsor booths
- Arranging overnight security related to vendor areas
- Coordinating volunteers for vendor check-in and on-site vendor support
