Updated Unrelate Tattoo Request Form

Thank you for your interest in getting tattooed by Kyra Cygan at Lovestruck Tattoo Studio located in Annapolis, Maryland!

Kyra's approximate studio hours are from 9am-3pm Thursday-Monday. She is not in the studio on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. The booking period typically takes approximately 1-2 months from when you submit your tattoo request to the time of your appointment. If you are someone who is traveling to get tattooed and are requesting a specific date(s) you can include them in the description of the tattoo.

Please note that submitting a tattoo request does not guarantee your tattoo will be chosen in the next period of booking and you are not guaranteed a response from the booking manager. Due to the volume of requests, the booking manager prioritizes requests that will fill the next 1-2 months of available studio time. The form has to be filled out entirely in order for your submission to be considered. If your tattoo request does not meet the requirements to be booked with Kyra, we will often try to recommend another local artist to you.

If you choose to book with Kyra, you are booking for a blackwork illustrative, fine line stipple piece. If you're unsure if you understand the style from this description, please scroll down for examples or take a look at the tattoos posted on Instagram (@unrelate). Tattoo requests must fit these style guidelines in order to be considered, color tattoo requests will not be considered for booking and the booking manager will not reach out to you.

The booking manager will request a non-refundable $150 deposit after an appointment time and date is agreed upon, the deposit must be received before the appointment is confirmed on our end. This will go towards the total cost of your tattoo. Due to the small business nature of tattooing, rescheduling your appointment within 48 hours will forfeit your deposit. If you need to reschedule your appointment please reach out ahead of time to keep your deposit on file.

Some user interfaces require to be opened in a browser before attaching a reference photo, which is required at the end of the request form.

Examples: Hand-sized (6 inches) or smaller tattoos with tiny detailing (micro portraits, ornate weapons, ornamental designs, insects with intricate wings or patterns, fine art renditions, illustrative items, surrealism combinations, botanical compositions [no more than 2-3 components], multiple small pieces that fit into the timeblock, or large scale work broken into smaller sessions.

Full Session $900 Flat Rate

approximately 6 hour appointment
Examples: Larger hand-sized (7 inches) or larger tattoos that may include more complex design work such as continuing sleevework, designs that require drawn on elements or free hand details (snakes, vine wraps), heavy blackwork, full portraits, ornamental designs, fine art renditions, illustrative items, surrealism combinations, botanical compositions [no limit to the amount of components as long as size is flexible]
