Lost Jewelry: In the unfortunate event that you lose your jewelry piece within 14 days of purchase, we offer a replacement chain at half the original purchase price. This replacement policy is applicable only within the initial 14-day period from the date of purchase.

We recommend using these products for routine cleaning and maintenance. In the event that tarnish persists despite your best efforts, we offer professional cleaning services. Exclusions:This Jewelry Policy does not cover damage or defects caused by negligence or misuse by the customer. Normal wear and tear, loss of gemstones due to damage or mishandling.
