    GALA DINNER, PLEASE NOTE:

    In an effort to create the most successful and seamless gala experience, this year we are going to serve the appetizers and desserts "family style" with a variety of options for everyone at your table. We will require only entree selections.

    BEFORE YOU PROCEED, PLEASE COLLECT ENTREE SELECTIONS from each of your guests before you proceed:

     

    ENTREE

    CHICKEN & RAJAS POBLANAS

    Roasted chicken, topped with flame-roasted spicy poblano chilies, onions, corn and cream, served with rice and roasted vegetables.

    OR 

    LEMON BECHAMEL SALMON

    Fresh Atlantic salmon, pan-seared, served on roasted sweet potato & grilled asparagus, topped with tangy lemon béchamel sauce & brussels sprout garnish.

    OR

    ANCHO CHILI CAULIFLOWER

     Grilled cauliflower seasoned with ancho chili and served with roasted sweet potatoes, roasted chickpeas, spinach and garnished with pomegranate seeds and a poblano sauce.
