    VENDOR FEES

    FOOD TRUCK = $85 (includes inspection fees and/or electricity fees): 

    POP-UP FOOD VENDOR = $65 (table/tent set up - non food truck) : 

    POP-UP VENDORS = $65 (table/tent, non-food items)

    EVENT SET-UP TIMES:

    FOOD TRUCKS Set-Up Time: 2:30 p.m.

    POP-UP TENT VENDOR Set-Up Time: (non-food truck) 4:00 pm 

    Event Start: 5:00 p.m.

    Breakdown: 9:00 p.m. (or later, depending on crowd flow)

    PLEASE NOTE:

    ALL FOOD TRUCKS!!!!

    MUST be ON TIME for inspection at 2:30 P.M. If your Food Truck is NOT inspected then you WILL NOT be able to participate in the event and a refund WILL NOT be given. 

    ** INSURANCE: ALL FOOD TRUCKS ** 

    All FOOD TRUCKS must be up-to-date on all licenses and insurance and MUST bring proof of licenses and insurance to participate.

    *We also require you to obtain certificates of insurance from all third-party vendors. ALL FOOD TRUCKS MUST  provide a copy of said certificates to the Owner prior to your event date.

    *These certificates should evidence $1,000,000 of General Liability and $2,000,000 Liquor Liability Insurance if applicable) with an “A” rated carrier.

    Please name you and below as additional insurers:

    (2) GIGI'S BAR & CAFE, LLC (1820 NW 21st Street, Pompano Beach, FL 33069)

    POP-UP TENT VENDORS (non-food trucks): 

    Are responsible for bringing their own setup and display materials including but not limited to: 10x10 pop-up tent & weights, tables, table covers, chairs, decor for inventory, lights and fans (NOTE: battery operated fans are preferred as additional charge may be applied for use of electricity) . You must supply your own 15-20ft utility extension cord or power strip.

    Planet RV is not equipped to supply vendor with supplies. 

    Planet RV is not responsible for vendor setup/display material. 

    ALL VENDORS : Please complete the registration form below in full, providing us with your contact information, the date(s) you will attend AND make a payment for each day selected.

    Selected Vendors will receive an email with set-up info 48 hours prior to event.
