  • Our CSPN community continues to grow rapidly and we are so excited that you are joining us! Your time is valuable and we appreciate the time you took to fill this out. 

    You will receive two emails after your application has been accepted. One email will come from the CSPN and the other email from Circle to set up your password to our online community.   

    The email from circle.so is titled "You've been invited to join the Cancer Survivorship Provider Network Community on Circle." Click "Accept Invitation" and create a password.

    A short series of onboarding emails will be sent to assess your needs and customize your community experience. Please contact us with questions or concerns at admin@thecspn.org.
