• 2026–2027 Viva Fresh Clean Eating Challenge Application

    October 2026 – April 2027
  • Thank you for your interest in the Viva Fresh Clean Eating Challenge (CEC), presented by the Texas International Produce Association (TIPA).

The CEC is a six-month health and wellness program designed for produce industry members who are ready to make meaningful, sustainable changes and measure their progress along the way.

This is not a weight-loss competition. Participants will focus on improving overall health through nutrition, movement, accountability, coaching and measurable health indicators. Those selected will be paired with a mentor and will work with a health coach throughout the program.

Participation requires active engagement for the full six months, including health assessments, bloodwork, progress documentation, mentor interaction and participation in the program through its conclusion at the Viva Fresh Expo on April 9, 2027.

Space is limited. Please answer the following questions thoughtfully and candidly. Your responses will help the CEC team select applicants who are ready to fully engage in the program.

  • About You

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • How did you hear about the challenge?*
  • Your Health & Your Why

  • The Clean Eating Challenge is designed to help participants pursue meaningful improvements in their health that can be documented over the course of the program. We want to understand where you are today, what you hope to change and why it matters to you.

  • Nutrition & Movement

  • If you do not currently exercise regularly, or your current activity is limited, are you willing to begin an exercise routine or increase your current level of activity as part of CEC?*
  • Program Requirements

CEC is a hands-on, six-month program. The following are required of selected participants.
  • Tell Us About You

Tell us about yourself, why improving your health is important to you, and what you hope to achieve through the Clean Eating Challenge by April 2027.
  • Participation Agreement

  • TIPA offers the Clean Eating Challenge to give produce industry members an opportunity to learn from people who have made meaningful changes in their own health and to benefit from the experience, knowledge, accountability and support they have gained along the way.

Acceptance into CEC requires time, active participation and consistent effort. This is a six-month program that will conclude at Viva Fresh 2027 with a live panel on April 9, 2027.

By signing this application, you acknowledge that, if selected, you are agreeing to participate in the required components of the program and remain actively involved in CEC through its conclusion at Viva Fresh 2027.

CEC is a unique opportunity that has helped participants make meaningful changes in their lives. We are excited that you have chosen to apply and look forward to speaking with you.
