    Thank you for participating in the 7th Annual Telehealth Benchmark Survey for hospitals and health systems. This survey is designed for individuals employed by a hospital or health system who have knowledge or are involved in virtual care strategy and delivery.

    To thank you for completing the survey, you will receive a summary of the survey results once available. Additionally, all survey participants who are currently employed by a hospital or health system will receive a complimentary registration to Becker's 8th Annual Health IT Conference or Becker's Hospital Review 14th Annual Meeting. If you will not be attending a conference or event, you are welcome to designate a hospital or health system employee to attend in your place.
