  • This group strength and conditioning program is for athletes 14+ who are serious about training for their sport.

    Each athlete applying must be assessed by one of our Coaches before being accepted into the program.  Previous weight-training experience is recommended.  For athletes with less experience, some pre-requisite training may be necessary before acceptance into the academy.

    The classes are 60 minutes in length and are currently offered on the following days:

    • Tuesdays 5-6pm
    • Thursdays 5-6pm
    • Saturdays 11am-12pm

    Monthly memberships or class packs available.
