I, the caregiver understand that;

I understand that this is a volunteer position and leadership developing role for my child at Kauaeranga Valley Christian Camp (KVCC).I understand that KVCC is a Christian camp and my child will adhere to the rules, values and standards of KVCC.I will not hold KVCC responsible for any theft, damage or injury/loss caused while my child is serving at camp.I allow pictures and videos to be used of my child for promotional usage.I allow KVCC staff to drive my child from camp to off site activity with the YLEADS if needed. (ie to a swimming hole, adventure or for a treat in thames etc.)I allow KVCC to contact me and my child before, during and after my time serving at KVCC.I allow KVCC trained staff to administer Paracedymol and Panadol.I give consent to KVCC, in case of an emergency, to do the proper procedures for injuries that would result in Emergency services or Hospital visits.I have given the most up to date information for the medical/dietary needs of my child
