  • Norsk Agent Collection and then final mile completed by an integrated carrier would be used for: 

    • If the collection is from an event/conference
    • If the collection has special requirements e.g. time specific, floor or room specific
    • If the collection is from a remote area and not covered by the main large integrator carriers for collection
    • If the collection address/shipper is unable to print labels 
  • Norsk Agents would be used for the following criteria: 

    • No collection service is offered by DHL or FedEx to/from that area
    • The collection address/shipper is unable to print labels
    • The collection is from an event/conference
    • If the collection has special requirements e.g. time specific, floor or room specific

    Goods must be clearly labelled for the delivery address.

    Commercial/Proforma invoices must be applied to the goods prior to collection.

  • DHL Services

    Goods must be ready at the time of booking or from the morning of selected collection date (timed collections are not available).

    Shipper will receive an automatic email from DHL to activate the collection and print labels.

    All labels & Commercial/Proforma invoices must be applied to the goods prior collection.

    The collection driver may refuse to collect the goods if goods are not packaged correctly or if paperwork is missing..

  • Collections are not guaranteed for the same-day that the import booking is created - Transit times are not guaranteed for imports

    Any booking not complaint with IATA or ADR regulations may be delayed Please be aware of the following country specific requirements

     

    • UK - all UK businesses must be EORI Registered (https://portal.norsk-global.com/tool/proforma), or UK Customs clearance cannot be completed. 
    • Germany - for imports over 1,000 euros an MRNI number is required.
    • USA – For collections over the value of 2,500 US Dollars it is advised where possible to provide the shippers EIN number.
    • Brazil – No collections are available with the integrator networks from private addresses.
    • India – Customs regulations have recent changes please check requirements - More details can be found on our website and on our norsk.global
