Paperwork Information/Shipper Responsibility
Norsk Agent ServiceGoods must be clearly labelled for the delivery address.
Commercial/Proforma invoices must be applied to the goods prior to collection.
DHL ServicesGoods must be ready at the time of booking or from the morning of selected collection date (timed collections are not available).Shipper will receive an automatic email from DHL to activate the collection and print labels.All labels & Commercial/Proforma invoices must be applied to the goods prior collection.The collection driver may refuse to collect the goods if goods are not packaged correctly or if paperwork is missing..
