Freelance Artist Survey

This form is for freelance artists who fundraise in any capacity. Fundraising may not be your main responsibility in your role, but you will have played a role in helping secure funds for a project and/or organisation.

We are doing this survey to understand what artists need in terms of funding, with two aims:

1) So we can better plan our activity and support

2) So we have data to lobby in future for a change in the system, with some data behind us.
