We’re so excited to host your **Dance-tastic Birthday** Bash at Collective! 🎉

To lock in your date, simply fill out the form and submit either full payment or a 50% non-refundable deposit at least three weeks in advance. Your party is officially booked once we’ve received both the signed form and the deposit—then the fun planning can begin!

Parents will have early access to the space before the party start time to decorate and get set up. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests wrap up and head out within 10 minutes after the scheduled end time.

Our amazing birthday package is $300 and includes up to 15 guests, plus the birthday child as the star of the show! Additional guests are just $15 each.

Birthday Superstars, guess what? You get to choose your very own awesome party theme! Just tell us beforehand, so we can sprinkle some amazing music magic all over your special day that fits your theme perfectly.  So, what's it gonna be? Let's rock this party! 

Decorations are a fantastic way to infuse your personal touch into the celebration. Parents, feel free to bring your choice of decorations to make the space truly your own. Just a friendly reminder, though: for safety reasons, we won't be breaking open pinatas during the party.

Food and drink! You have the creative freedom to bring your preferred food and drinks to keep everyone energized. But please ensure that all edibles and beverages stay out of the dance areas. And don't forget those essentials: bring a knife for cake-cutting and matches for lighting those birthday candles. 

When it comes to our guests, we truly care about everyone having a great time while staying safe. To make the birthday child's day extra special, we kindly ask that guests be around the same age as the birthday child. This helps ensure that everyone can have a blast together, as having a wide range of ages can sometimes mean different interests and activities. Our goal is to create a celebration filled with joy and wonderful memories 

Terms and Conditions: Your Guide to a Great Celebration

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $150 is needed upon booking to secure your desired date.

Punctual Party Lead: Our party lead will arrive at least 30 minutes before the party's scheduled start time to ensure a seamless experience.

Party Essentials Responsibility: The guardians of the birthday child are responsible for providing decorations, food, and paper goods for the guests.

Cancellation by responsible party will result in forfeiture of all payments. In the event of postponement of the party and/or contract by the client, the deposit paid may be applied to a new party date, depending on availability. 

By executing this Birthday Agreement, both the undersigned party and all attending guests hereby collectively release Collective Dance from any potential liability. The host of the event, as well as all attendees, expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collective Dance and its employees against any and all claims, damages, losses, or injuries that may arise during the course of the event.

In the event that Collective Dance property sustains loss or damage due to actions or activities carried out by any attendees, the host hereby undertakes the responsibility to reimburse Collective Dance for the expenses incurred in replacing and/or repairing the said property.

Submission of this agreement serves as a formal request to reserve your birthday celebration. It signifies your commitment to ensure that all members of your party adhere to the terms stipulated in this contract, without any exemptions.

We appreciate your choice to celebrate with us and look forward to making your special day memorable.
