Grants up to $5,000 are available to businesses and property owners in the New London District through the Neighborhood Preservation Program (NPP). All owners of commercial properties within the district may apply. Please note, this is a reimbursement grant payable when all work is completed and inspected as appropriate. Please carefully read the grant guidelines before applying.
