Manufacturing Initiative Community College Survey Logo
  • NJ Manufacturing Skills Initiative (FY24 - FY25)

This initiative is based on the strategic partnership between NJ’s Community Colleges, NJ Business and Industry Association (NJBIA), and NJ Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP) to establish a comprehensively structured approach to manufacturing workforce development that responds to the complexities of New Jersey’s manufacturers and at the same time provides education, training, and career opportunities to students, job seekers, and incumbent workers. The initiative will educate and train 250 participants from the inventory of manufacturing education and training programs collected in this survey and 125 successful completers of these programs will be placed into employment through the business outreach of NJBIA and NJMEP.
