THE PARADE WILL TAKE PLACE ON DECEMBER 5TH 2024, WITH THE START TIME OF 5:30PM.

LINEUP STARTS AT 4:45PM AT THE FRITCH CITY PARK.

PARADE ROUTE: FROM THE FRITCH CITY PARK PARTICIPANTS WILL PROCEED WEST ON

BROADWAY/HWY 136 FOR 1.5 MILES TO HOYNE AVE. AT THAT TIME TRAFFIC WILL BE DIVERTED.

IN CONSIDERATION for being permitted to participate in the 3RD Annual Lake Meredith Aquatic & Wildlife Museum 45TH ANNUAL CHRISTMAS BAZAAR (the "Event") THE UNDERSIGNED: 1. HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE The City of Fritch TX or Lake Meredith Aquatic Wildlife Museum, Township and their officials or volunteers assisting in the event, Fritch City Park, or any subdivision thereof, grounds operators, officials, promoters, sponsors, Advertiser, owners or lessees of premises used to conduct the event and each of them, their officials and employees, all for the purpose herein referred to as "releasees" from all liability to the undersigned, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin for any and all property damage, bodily injury or death of the undersigned, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while the undersigned is participating in the Event.

2. HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the releasees and each of them

from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including attorney's fees) they may incur due to the presence of

the undersigned participating in the event and whether caused by the negligence, gross negligenceor intentional misconduct of the releasees or otherwise.

3. THE UNDERSIGNED FURTHER agrees that while participating in the event, he or she will not ride while under the influence of alcohol or any substance which affects the ability to operate or control his or her

4. THE UNDERSIGNED AGREES that he or she will not use or operate any vehicle in violation or contravention of any City, County, State or Federal law, statue, ordinance, or regulation and shall be personally liable for all fines and penalties for traffic law violations.

5. HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY

DAMAGE due to the negligence or intentional misconduct of releasees or otherwise while participating

THE UNDERSIGNED HAS READ AND VOLUNTARILY SIGNS THE RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND

INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made. The UNDERSIGNED ALSO AGREES TO release the use of any photos, slides, videotapes, etc. that might contain the UNDERSIGNED for future use in promotional and/or informational activities as deemed appropriate by any of the releasees.

The event will start promptly at 5:30pm and closes at 8:00pm.

Setup starts at 3:30pm, please be ready by 5:15pm.

Vendors are responsible for their own clean up.

No disorderly conduct will be tolerated, and consumption or sale of alcohol is not permitted.

The Lake Meredith Aquatic and Wildlife Museum, nor the City of Fritch is responsible for any damages that may occur. Booths cannot be reserved until this form is received by the Museum Director. Please note a city permit may be required.

For and in consideration of participating as a vendor, business and/or individual person at the 46th Annual Christmas Bazaar held in/on property owned by the City of Fritch, Texas-100 block of N. Robey Ave. Fritch, TX

I do hereby forever release, discharge and indemnify and hold the city, elected and appointed officials, employees, agents, and attorneys harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, damages to persons or property, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including without limitation, attorney fees, court costs, back taxes, penalties, and interest) arising out of the Event or property owned by the city, or any negligence or intentional act of the city, its elected and appointed officials, employees, agents, and attorneys. By signing below, I hereby affirm that have read and fully understand the terms of this Release of Liability Agreement.
