Important Details
- In addtion to completing this application you will need two Letters of Recommendation.
  Select one HPC High School employee and one non-relative (church leader, coach, family friend, neighbor, mentor or employer) to write a letter of recommendation on your behalf. The letter should describe your best character traits. Choose someone who has known you for at least one year.
  - Your references must use the form at this link: https://forms.gle/uJAqqMuKpAzdUfbH8 (you may copy the link and share it to your references)
- You are discouraged from completing this application on your mobile phone. Although it is possible to answer some questions, the essay portion is best done on a computer or laptop.
- Remember: Review your application carefully before submitting. It stands as a representation of you and your interest in FoNA's Summer Exchange Program.
- Do NOT wait until January 25th to attempt to submit your application. Glitches happen, and no extension will be granted!

Extended Response Questions

There is no expected length. But longer does not equal better! Say what you need to say, in the best, most concise way you can.

Also, you may type your essay responses directly into the boxes. Some applicants find it easier to compose their responses in another program (Word, Googledocs . . etc) and then copy & paste those responses into the boxes below. Both ways work well. Just do what is best for you.
