  • This form is for the October 28th-29th 2023 Kids Day Pop-up bazaar. Please read completely and fill out all spaces. Event dates and times are as follows:

    SET UP:

    Oct 28th 9:30am-10:55am.

    Oct 29th 10:30am-11:55am.

    All vendors are required to be fully set up by the start time of the event. This is Bring your own table. Tables are to be 6ft tables only. All tables must have a table cloth covering the table all the way to the floor. Displays are to be set up nicely and not overly full or empty. No broken, stained, or unsightly set ups/tables. 

    TEAR DOWN: All spaces must be packed up and cleaned of all packaging and garbage  by 7:30pm Oct 28th, and 6:00pm Oct 29th. 

    If your application is approved please pay with-in 48h of receiving your invoice. Invoices can be paid via Square Invoices or PayPal. If using PayPal Goods and services, please add $5 to your total to cover fees.

    Vendor Spaces are $75 for one 6 FT table or $125 for two 6ft tables and covers both days. Vendors are required to stay through the whole event both days! Any early pack ups or no shows may prevent you from being accepted to future events!

    As this event is for Halloween vendors may dress up and offer trick-or-treating at your space but this is not required.
