• Intentional Interactions Phase 1 Reporting

During the first few weeks of the semester, you need to check in with all of your residents to see how they are doing.  You will ask them some of the general questions and potentially some additional questions relating to a learning outcome. Please choose the statement that best represents your conversation with the student, if no statement applies please choose "other."  Intentional Interactions #1 is due for each staff on Monday, October 14th at 8am.
  • Intentional Interaction Questions

These are sample questions that speak to the general topic that we would like to have information on.  Please reword or ask the questions how you would like to ask them and as you feel your residents would like to be asked.  Any mandatory question has been bolded.
