This is an indoor event!! Registration will be first-come first-serve. Your registration isn't confirmed until vendor fee has been submitted. Once you have completed this form, please submit your fee based on option chose to reserve your space. All vendors will be required to stay for the entire event. (This includes set-up and break-down)

Booth cost: $150.00

Vendor setup provided- 6ft Table, two chairs
1 Business photo
Marketing promo (Your business will be marketed and tagged on all event pages)
Inclusion in our Digital Small business list to give your business exposure
All fees are non-negotiable/non-refundable. IF your application is NOT accepted, your fees will be returned to you..
Once confirmed you will receive a welcome email, You will be notified of your application status within 72 hours of submitting your application (Monday- Friday 8am-5pm)
Set-up time: 8a.m.-10:00a.m.
Table assignments will be given upon arrival.
All vendors must be fully set-up before or by 12:00p.m.
No set-up wil be allowed once the event has started. All vendors must be packed up and cleaned by 5:45p.m.
Participation: OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE THIS EVENT A SUCCESS! ALL VENDORS ARE EXPECTED TO PARTICPATE IN THE PROMOTION OF EVENT. THIS INCLUDES (but not limited to) POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA, INVITING YOUR CLIENTS/CUSTOMERS, ETC.
Security: For safety purposes, we will have security the day of event..
Waiver:
LIABILITY & DAMAGES
You are responsible for any damages caused by your company to the building, the market, attendees or other makers.
Vendors are fully responsible for their own personal property. Neither Creatives' Market, nor the venue will assume liability for any losses that you may incur.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
No refunds! While we will make adjustments, but changes in weather will not be considered a breach of this agreement, and will not constitute grounds for a refund. A NO-SHOW doesn't constitue a refund.
APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax. Approved applicants are solely responsible for maintaining their compliance with relevant state, local, and federal health regulations, codes, licenses, insurance, and taxes.
RIGHTS
We have the right to move, remove, or limit the participation of any applicant at any time for any reason.
COVID-19 SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
You are acknowledging that you understand the contagious nature of COVID-19 that can lead to severe illness and death and that any public place has inherent risk of exposure. You understand that we can not guarantee that you will not be exposed. You are responsible for following any protocols you feel will reduce your exposure to COVID-19. By participating in Creatives' Market, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of COVID-19. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, Creatives' Market, vendors and attendees
