a)This puppy is fully vaccinated and dewormed as well as Vet checked and ready to go home. Carrousel Pomskies will provide a medical record with the puppy's vaccina -tion and deworming record. If your puppy is found to have a life-threatening illness within the 72 hour window or a genetic defect, the owner must notify breeder within 72 hours by both email and phone. Both the Veterinarian's information and all records must be provided. If puppy dies, an autopsy must be performed to confirm reason of death. At no time is Carrousel Pomskies to confirm reason of death. At no time is Carrousel Pomskies liable for any tests or vet bills incurred by you at any time. The breeder cannot ever guarantee the exact coloring, markings, size or breeding ability of any Pup because these can change until adulthood, we cannot predict how you will care for the puppy as well. You will be supplied a small bag of the food that we feed at the kennels. In order for any guarantee to be honored the puppy must be fed Purina Pro Plan Puppy food until his/her 1st birthday. Also remember that the first week or two will be a transition. The puppy will be excited and nervous and this in combination food and water change can cause loose stools for a couple of days but always recommend consulting with your vet and always have a stool sample taken at the 72 hour check-up. Deworming should always be complete at least 3 sometimes more. Always consult with your vet.

    f) With the medical information we sent with your puppy, your veterinarian will recommend a vaccination and deworming schedule that is right for your puppy Your puppy has been on a regular deworming schedule that is outline on the medical record sent with him/her Parasites are common in puppies, and we make every effort to keep puppies parasite free with a regular deworming schedule. We cannot guarantee that no parasites exist. However, puppies can easily reinfect themselves. As puppies grow to maturity, heartworms can become a problem. A regular deworming schedule recommended by your veterinarian will keep your puppy/dog happy and healthy. Upon receipt of your puppy, he/she will have had its first puppy vaccination which will be noted on the medical record. We give Pfizer DA2PPv at approximately 6 weeks old. This vaccination helps protect your puppy against Distemper, Adenovirus Type 2 (Hepatitis) Parainfluenza, and the Parvo Virus. Parvo is a highly contagious virus. The first vaccination will begin to protect your puppy against Parvo. However, until your puppy has had its last puppy shot at approximately 16 weeks of age, your puppy is at risk for the Parvo Virus. Therefore, we recommend that the puppy have lim ited exposure to public areas until that time. We ask that you give the remaining puppy shots approxi mately every 3-4 weeks until 16 weeks of age or in accordance with your veterinarian's recommend ations. Your pup py cannot go outdoors, to any parks or walks until they are 16 weeks ofage and FULLY vaccinated. Never allow your puppy or full grown dog to drink out of still water, puddles etc as that will contain parasites.
