GATORBACK TOWING AND RECOVERY LLC
This Hold Harmless/Damage Waiver is set forth to hold Gatorback Towing and Recovery LLC completely and fully harmless of any damages that may occur to your vehicle during any winching, towing, tire change, jump start, refueling and/or any contact. GatorbackTowing and Recovery LLC can/will not be held liable for any damages to vehicles that are incapacitated and not drivable due to any pre-existing damages known and unknown.

Making GATORBACK TOWING AND RECOVERY LLC completely Harmless under Florida Statute 621.07. Customer must acknowledge and sign this Hold Harmless/Damage Waiver before the vehicle is handled by Gatorback Towing.
