Terms of Agreement
This contract is for the personal services of (artist) made between you(“purchaser") and ... ("artist") for the event described. The artist agrees to so perform according to the terms and conditions listed.Cancellation of booking results in a loss of deposit. Previously waived deposits can not be used for future bookings unless approved by mgmt on a case by case scenario.I agree to the terms & conditions of the Lorie V. Moore Entertainment contract.
