  • A non-refundable Tattoo Design & Deposit fee are required to secure your appointment and cover the time dedicated to custom design work. I begin the design process two weeks prior to your scheduled appointment date.
To ensure your design can be completed on time, all design ideas, references, and final concepts must be submitted before this two week cut off period begins.

Changes requested during the two-week window before your appointment may result in cancellation, loss of the Tattoo Deposit & Design Fee, the need to rebook with a new Tattoo Deposit & Design Fee.

Design review - Designs are typically prepared in the two weeks leading up two your appointment. If you would like to see your design before the day of your tattoo, please request it as early as possible within that two-week window.
Last minute requests (such as asking to see the design the night before your appointment) do not allow enough time for revisions and may impact your session. I want you to feel confident and excited about your design, so timely communication is essential.
