Sunday December 1st 2024, from 10 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
We will accept vendor’s applications until November 1st 2024 as long as we are not full. Full payment is due immediately to guarantee spot and paid online. If you are a direct vendor, please email us so we don't have duplicate direct vendors. We do not hold spots without payment so do not fill our app without submitting payment onine.
BOOTH DESCRIPTION: Vendors will be assigned a specific space at the event as selected by management. This space will be provided a week before the event. You must be set up by 9:00 AM December 1st No Exceptions.
TENT VENDOR FEES:
$30.00 for a 12’X12’ space for flea market vendors and $50.00 for business vendors. You will need to supply your own tent, table and weights for your tent.
FOOD TRUCK VENDOR FEES:
$195 FOOD TRUCK VENDOR FEE. ONLY TRUCKS AND TRAILERS. Limited to 10 trucks. Please email us if you are a truck before registering to make sure we are not full. Once approved we will send you the invoice through Square.
Power boxes are limited so if you need power it's first come and you will have to supply your own extension chord and pigtail adaptor. Food trucks must have generators.

Additional Rules and Regulations:
ANY VENDOR CAUGHT SELLING ALCOHOL IS GROUNDS FOR EVICTION WITH NO REFUND.
Vendors must follow all city, county, state, and federal laws to include any licenses or permits needed to operate during the event.
Each vendor is responsible for their own sales tax (Escambia County)
Nothing is allowed to be given away as an inducement to patrons without prior written approval from Apex Shows and Events LLC.
- Vendors will not be allowed to leave the Fest and breakdown till 5:00 PM when the event is over on December 1st 2024.
