Holiday Market at Canyon Creek Vendor Registration Form

Complete the form below to reserve a table at the Holiday Market hosted by the CCBC Women's Ministry. All funds collected from vendor registration and raffle will be donated to the CCBC Women's Ministry to support future events.

Event Location: Canyon Creek Baptist Church, 4306 S. 31st St, Temple, TX 76502

Vendor Fee:
- CCBC Church Member - $20 per table (6ft rectangle table)
- All Others - $25 per table (6ft rectangle table)
Vendor Information:
- Event setup will be on Friday, November 8th from 5-8PM and/or Saturday, November 9th from 8-9AM.
- Wifi will be available during the event.
- Electricity is available but limited. Vendors will need to supply their own extension cords and power strips.
- Each vendor will contribute an item of their choice toward a gift basket to be raffled off during the event. Raffle tickets will be sold for $2 each or 3 for $5.
