Professional Carpet and House Cleaning
The carpet holds dirt, human oils, animal dander, and so much more. Vacuuming is not sufficient. The carpet was professionally cleaned before your arrival and must be professionally cleaned before your departure.

We will send out our carpet cleaner and deduct the cost from your security deposit. If you choose to pay for the carpet cleaning separately, please provide a receipt to your property manager

To meet move-out standards, professional house cleaning AND professional carpet steam cleaning are required.

Carpet cleaning must be performed by a licensed carpet cleaning company using steam cleaning / hot water extraction.

Not accepted:

Vacuum-only cleaning
Rug Doctor or DIY machines
Shampoo-only cleaning
Spot cleaning
Handwritten or generic receipts
Receipts without full service details
Required Carpet Cleaning for Homes With Pets

If any pet lived in the home at any time, the carpet cleaning must also include:

Enzyme treatment (pet odor removal)
Pet stain treatment (if applicable)
Both items must appear clearly on the carpet cleaning receipt.

If pet odors or stains remain after your vendor’s work, Real Property Management Engage will schedule additional treatment and deduct the cost + coordination fee from your deposit.

All receipts (professional carpet and house) must be attached to this form to be accepted.

Each receipt MUST include:
Company name, Contact information, Service address, Date of service
Detailed Description of services: Steam Cleaning / Hot Water Extraction – Carpets, Pet Enzyme Treatment” and/or “Pet Stain Treatment”

If receipts are not received with the submission of this form
We will assume the work was not completed, and:

RPM Engage will automatically schedule our professional vendors
The full vendor cost will be deducted from your deposit

Additional Information

I (We) surrender all rights to the property and verify that I (we) have completely vacated the above premises, nothing of value remains, and Real Property Management Engage may move forward with the inspection. I (We) hereby give permission to Real Property Management Engage to remove any and all remaining personal property and effects; including but not limited to appliances, furniture, clothing, perishable items, non-perishable items, etc. from the Property. I (We) further understand that any and all personal property and/or effects left on or in the Property will be removed and/or disposed of from the Property at my (our) expense based on Real Property Management Engage move-out procedures. I (We) agree to hold Real Property Management Engage and all of its employees harmless for loss or damage of personal property and/or effects that are removed or disposed of from the Property. Signature of this release does not change any of the requirements of the parties lease agreement and the return of keys does not release the tenant(s) from liability regarding rent owed, outstanding balances due, or damages to the property.

I/We hereby request that Real Property Management Engage /owner inspect our former rental dwelling as soon as possible.
