REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Class/Workshop registration cancellations are permitted until 24 hours prior to the class/workshop. A full refund will be issued if cancellation is completed as detailed above.

No refunds will be issued for class/workshop no shows.
LIABILITY WAIVER
I understand that participation in dance workshops, classes and activities could involve and/or result in some possible personal injury. Despite precautions taken by SonRisa Dance Company, illness, accidents or injuries may occur. By registering for and attending workshops, classes or other dance activities, I agree to assume all risks related to my participation as well as the use of any and all spaces used by SonRisa Dance Company.

Furthermore, I agree to release and hold harmless SonRisa Dance Company, including all teachers, dancers, staff members and facilities used by all entities, from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future arising from or in connection with my participation in the dance activity including claims that are known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, future or contingent. I will not hold SonRisa Dance Company liable for any personal injury or illness, nor any personal property damage and/or loss that may occur on the premises before, during or after dance activities.

MEDIA RELEASE
I understand that media content, including but not limited to photographs and videos, will be taken during workshops, classes and other dance activities. By registering for and attending workshops, classes and other dance activities, I agree that SonRisa Dance Company has my permission to obtain and use the above mentioned content of me for any lawful purpose including but not limited to marketing and advertising. The authorization I provide extends to all languages, formats and media that have been discovered now or will later be discovered.
