Graphic Design Request Form
To request a Graphic Design service, fill out the form below and submit for consideration. Graphic design includes, but is not limited to, things like: Business Cards, Flyers, Advertisements, Digital Ads and Banners, Invitations and more. If I don’t believe that I would be able to complete your request, I will let you know and we can discuss alternatives. Please read below for pricing and payment details.
Pricing
I'm currently charging $30/hr for my time actively working on your design, with a minimum of 1 hr of work required for project. Each design project requires a $20 non-refundable deposit that will go towards your final total upon completion. Deposit is non-refundable and due upon project confirmation. I will not begin your design until the deposit is paid. However, if you're submitting the form for a quote or to inquire only, no payment is required. Consultation is always FREE!

The $20 deposit is required before your project will begin. If you are awaiting a quote, you can pay the deposit upon price agreement. If you are satisfied with the hourly rate and wish to book your project now, I can accept payments via this form, square, Venmo or PayPal. Final payment is due in full upon design completion with payment options previously listed. Digital deliverables/files will be sent at time of final payment. Print charges are additional.

Proofs & Final Artwork Procedure
I will email a PDF, digital proof of your project to your email given above. I will provide up to 3 proof revisions at no additional charge. Proofs 4+ will incur a small fee unless the fault is on the designer. I will not close out or invoice the project until it is approved by you, the client.
