    9/10 - 9/12 WM ReaderLink Sun-Tue New Release XM Endcap Audit (230815384434)

    • 97 Total Noncompliant/Non Reported mPlans last week
      • 128 stores did not report the mPlan, ensure you are reporting these on the Sun-Mon visits
      • 3 stores reported but didn't provide a photo
    • The NR & OOS 1 PHOTO Request Mplan (Sun-Tues) is required to be completed by the client for their AI Tool.
      • Remember flexing on Endcaps. Both 400 and 500 endcaps should be a priority by filling with the mod titles when they are in stock. If the same 400 or 500 mod titles are part of the planogram as well for the in-line categories, most of the stock should be displayed on the MOD endcaps.
    • EC relaunch- many photos still of inline sections; Ensure you are taking photos of the XM/400 Endcap
