If you must cancel your appointment you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by emailing Diane Monnig at dmonnig@thearcofnova.org. Failure to cancel your appointment in a timely manner will result in a $25 No Show Fee. Your credit card is required to confirm your appointment and will only be charged in the event that you do not attend.
