Upon the registrant's request, we will refund payments made prior to October 20, 2023. However, a $15.00 processing fee will be charged for each refund. Refunds will not be issued after October 20, 2023. LAECA is not responsible for hotel or travel expenses should any cancellation be necessary.

Late Registration (after October 20th) will incur a late fee of $25.00.
