  • Rowing SA Indoor Rowing Room

    The Rowing SA Indoor Rowing Room is available for use by affiliated South Australian rowing clubs, schools and registered athletes.

    The facility contains Concept2 rowing machines and associated training equipment and is provided as a shared community resource. All users are expected to use the facility responsibly and leave it in a clean and tidy condition.

    Hire Fee: $35 per hour

    Important Information

    • Bookings are subject to availability.
    • A key is required to access the facility.
    • Sunday bookings require key collection on the preceding Friday.
    • A booking confirmation and invoice will be issued once availability has been confirmed.

    Please book a minimum of 2 hours ahead of time to ensure key collection is possible. Bookings must be made in 30-minute increments (e.g. 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1 hour 30 minutes, 2 hours).

  • Indoor Rowing Room Rules

  • All users must comply with the following requirements:

    • Users must be affiliated with a rowing club or school.
    • Athletes under 18 years of age must be supervised by a coach, teacher or responsible adult at all times.
    • Clean footwear must be worn.
    • Water is permitted. Food and sugary drinks are not permitted.
    • All rubbish must be removed from the facility.
    • Rowing machines must be sanitised after use.
    • Rowing machines must be returned to the storage racks after use.
    • Any damage, faults or incidents must be reported to Rowing SA immediately.

    The room must be left clean and tidy.

    Before leaving, users must:

    Turn off lights, fans and air conditioning.

    Secure the facility.

    Activate the alarm system.

    Check all windows and doors are secured.

    Lock all doors.

    Leave the key in the locked Rowing SA Mail box.

  • The Indoor Rowing Room and all equipment remain the property of Rowing SA.

    The hirer agrees to:

    • Use the facility safely and responsibly.
    • Ensure all participants comply with the Room Rules.
    • Report any damage, faults or incidents.
    • Leave the facility in a clean and secure condition.
    • Accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse or negligence.
    • Return all keys as instructed by Rowing SA.

  • A confirmation of the booking will be sent once availability is confirmed, followed by the invoice.
