Indoor Rowing Room Booking Form

Welcome to the Rowing SA Indoor Rowing Room.

This room is for the use of all SA clubs and registered athletes.

The equipment must be treated with the utmost respect.

Please follow our guidelines to ensure that both the room and ergos are maintained in proper working condition. This is a community resource so your respect and common sense is appreciated.

Thank you for your understanding.

 

Please note: If your booking is for a Sunday, the key needs to be collected on Friday.

 

Cost: $30/hour

Key Collection

A key is required for use of the room. Please contact cnewberry@rowingsa.asn.au to organise collection prior to your booking.

The key needs to be returned after use.  Please deposit the key, in the Rowing SA mailbox, outside of the Indoor Rowing Room door.

Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that both the room and ergos are maintained in proper working condition.

• All users must be registered with a club or school.
• All athletes under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a coach.
• Ensure footwear is clean before entering.
• No food/sugary drinks are permitted in the rowing room – Water only please.
• If you make a mess – clean it up. Cleaning equipment is kept on shelving.
• Report any damage to cnewberry@rowingsa.asn.au
• Leave the machines and room as you found them.
• Sanitise your machine after use.
• Make sure you check lights, fan, a/c, turn on alarm and lock door before you leave.
• Good vibe music only!

A confirmation of the booking will be sent once availability is confirmed, followed by the invoice.
