  • Retainer Policies

    Please review the following before submitting your inquiry.

  • • 2-month minimum commitment with a 1-month rollover for unused graphics.

    • Full payment upfront for retainers under $1,000; 50% deposit available for retainers over $1,000, with balance due before completion.

    • 3 revision rounds per design with priority turnaround; turnaround varies by project.

    • Client provides all content, information and assets; delays may affect turnaround times.

    • Additional designs are charged separately. Logo design is not included.

    • Payments are non-refundable once work begins. Editable/source files are not included.

    • Final files are delivered digitally; printing is not included.

    • Designs may be used in Boss Creative Designs’ portfolio and promotional content, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
