Save your file with either the Adobe 1998 or Adobe sRGB color space. We do not accept files with the CMYK color space. Your image must fit within the desired sheet size. A margin of atleast 1/4 inch is required on all four sides (or the longest side). NO BLEEDS. The image area for a 13x19 sheet must not exceed 12.5x18.5, image area for an 8x10 sheet must not exceed 7.5x9.5, and the image area for a 5x7 sheet must not exceed 4.5x6.5. This will allow a border of atleast 1/4 inch.
Images must be saved at 300 dpi. Do not upsample or upscale your image in an application like photoshop. This will increase the file size but will not necessarily increase image sharpness.
