    I would love to collaborate more with the staff in terms of strategy outside of just fulfilling your requests. I am here for you if you need any other communication or marketing support. If you want more engagement with your ministry, you can always reach out to schedule a meeting with me. We can talk through how I can better serve you and how we can effectively market your ministry and/or events. The more time we spend talking through strategy, the better I can be at effectively promoting your ministry.

    Deadlines...

     

    Event Registrations:


    If you're planning an event that requires promotion and registration, please submit your event details no later than three weeks before the event's intended date. This will give us ample time to create promotional materials and ensure that all necessary information is effectively communicated to our community. If we don’t have this lead time, we are likely to miss out on promoting your event effectively, which impacts overall ministry engagement.


    Graphic Design Projects:


    For requests involving graphic design, such as creating posters, banners, or other visual materials, kindly provide a two-week notice. This lead time will allow our design team to craft visually appealing and impactful designs that effectively convey the message you want to share.


    Social Media Requests:


    When you have content that you would like to share on our social media platforms, please submit your requests with a two-week notice. This will enable us to schedule posts strategically, engage our online community effectively, and maintain a consistent online presence.

    By pressing the "submit" button, you are agreeing to these deadlines.

    Once you have pressed "submit", we will confirm your request and Dan Green (Director of Marketing) will reach out to you to give you an approval on your request and an ETA of completion. When the project is completed, you will be notifed once again.
