If you're planning an event that requires promotion and registration, please submit your event details no later than three weeks before the event's intended date. This will give us ample time to create promotional materials and ensure that all necessary information is effectively communicated to our community. If we don’t have this lead time, we are likely to miss out on promoting your event effectively, which impacts overall ministry engagement.
Graphic Design Projects:
For requests involving graphic design, such as creating posters, banners, or other visual materials, kindly provide a two-week notice. This lead time will allow our design team to craft visually appealing and impactful designs that effectively convey the message you want to share.
Social Media Requests:
When you have content that you would like to share on our social media platforms, please submit your requests with a two-week notice. This will enable us to schedule posts strategically, engage our online community effectively, and maintain a consistent online presence.
