I understand that the timing of litters is uncontrolled, and Willow & Co. cannot guarantee a successful pregnancy. In the event, that a planned litter is unsuccessful, I will be transferred to the next available waitlist. I understand that, regardless if the same pairing is to reoccur, I still may not hold the same place on the exact pairs waitlist*

I understand that once my deposit is placed, it is NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferrable ONE time to another litter. My deposit is NOT transferrable to another family or persons, ONLY to another litter. My deposit will come off total purchase price. Deposits are good for one year from the time deposit is placed.*

I understand that families choose their puppies in the order of the waitlist, and can choose from any of the puppies available to them when it is their turn to reserve. Families who are unreachable during their selection time via video chat and do not provide us with a top 3 list, will forfeit their spot on the waitlist.*

I understand that I may or may not meet my puppy prior to go home date. I understand that Willow & Co. reserves the right to allow visitors for the safety and health of their puppies and that visitations are determined by each litter.*

I understand that under the circumstances I am unable to keep my puppy, I will not sell, give away or re-home. Per contract, puppy will be returned to Willow & Co. unless discussed otherwise.*

Although, puppies are all seen and given a clean bill of health prior to leaving our home per a licensed DVM, ear infections, UTI's, allergy issues and parasites are all common issues. The stress of leaving the breeder, mama and litter mates can cause these sudden flare ups. Per our health guarantee, it is required you see a licensed DVM within 72 hours of your puppy leaving our home.*

I understand that my puppy will be transported using Willow & Co.'s, ONLY, designated flight nanny service (Pups On The Fly) unless local pickup or a breeder-approved ground delivery has been arranged in advance. The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Willow & Co. reserves the right to select the transportation provider to ensure the puppy's health, safety, and well-being during travel. Any alternative arrangements must be submitted for approval in writing by the buyer and receive prior written approval from Willow & Co. Willow & Co. shall not be responsible for any issues, delays, or incidents arising from transportation methods not approved by Willow & Co.
