Nipper Program Registration

Please ensure, if your child has any medical conditions such as: Asthma, Diabetes, Hearing difficulties, Vision impairment, Learning difficulties, Illness or any impairment that may effect child’s ability to partake in all activities. (Please provide details in 'Medical Info')

You are agreeing to assist with nipper roster jobs, assist on Carnival day, and to have a parent/guardian present during nipper activities.

All families will be put on various rostered jobs throughout the season. These include; cooking the BBQ, set up and pack up of beach, cleaning and putting equipment away, cleaning change rooms. It is expected that a parent or guardian is on the beach at all times during the Nipper session as outlined in the information on the website: https://lakesentrancesurflifesaving.org.au/nippers/nipper-information

Remember: This form is only registration for Nippers, you are still required to complete the SLSA membership details, whether its a renewal or new membership. Further details are sent via email on submission.
