The Role:
As our Client Success Manager, you'll be the heart of client consulting, communication, and relationship-building. Your goal? Ensure our clients have a world-class experience and achieve best-in-class results. You'll coach and consult clients on marketing strategies and sales tactics to optimize their conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business

• Upsell current clients onto higher-tier packages

• Conduct onboarding calls and nurture relationships with new clients

• Manage the CataLeads Systems 'Agent Catalyst Inner Circle' Facebook group

• Act as the liaison between Client Success and Fulfillment teams

• Coach clients on best practices, marketing strategies, and sales tactics

• Keep internal CRM, dashboards and trackers updated with Client Account Status & Updates 

Your Skills:

• 2+ years in Customer Success Management or equivalent role

• Experience in B2B Consulting, Sales, and Marketing

• Meticulous Attention to Detail and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences

• Obsessive about ensuring every client interaction is positive, personalized, and impactful

• Natural ability to coach, consult, and inspire action

• "Intrapreneur" mindset – self-driven and ready to make an impact

• Tech-savvy with Slack, Zoom, CRMs (like GoHighLevel), and G-Suite Apps

• Extreme ownership, hunger for growth, and desire to leave a lasting impact
