Prior to filling out the inquiry form below, please make sure to read my Policies & General Information so that you understand the entire process and pricing structure of my tattoo service. Only submit for serious inquiries. If you are not ready to book, then please wait on submitting an inquiry.

Once you have filled out the information below, you will be placed on a waitlist and I will contact you within the week or following week regarding booking. Please do not book for an appointment until you have received a response from me! I charge a minimum of $150 and require a $50 deposit to hold the appointment. Full day sessions may require a higher deposit. Prices are determined by the design and not by the hour.*
