- All dogs from Paws In Your Hands Rescue (PIYHR) are located in Texas and will only be transported out of state once the adoption is finalized. Potential adopters will not have the opportunity to meet the dog in person before the adoption is finalized and must commit to a dog they have never met before. Many of our dogs come from shelters and were once strays, having never lived in a home setting.

While educated guesses about the breed are made based on their features and characteristics, the specific breed mix cannot be guaranteed.
