    Note that you are only able to pause your membership for a maximum of 35 days within a calendar year. Each pause must be a minimum of 7 days. Please allow 2 business days for the office to process the pause. If there are circumstances which justify a longer pause, please reach out to us and explain the situation.

  • Cancel my membership.

    You are able to cancel your membership after a minimum of 3 months. After you cancel, you are able to utilise your membership until the expiry date of your current plan. Please note that refunds are not issued for time remaining on a membership and a minimum of 2 business days is required to process your cancellation.

  • Under our legacy pricing policy, your current rate stays locked in while your membership is active, even when our prices go up.

    Cancelling ends that rate. If you rejoin later, you'll pay the price for new members at that time.
