Note that you are only able to pause your membership for a maximum of 35 days within a calendar year. Each pause must be a minimum of 7 days. Cancel my membership.
You are able to cancel your membership after a minimum of 3 months. After you cancel, you are able to utilise your membership until the expiry date of your current plan. Please note that refunds are not issued for time remaining on a membership and a minimum of 2 business days is required to process your cancellation.
