Tranquility @ Twilight Booking Form 2023

The annual Tranquility @ Twilight returns in Janurary 2026 to Ocean Grove Park.

The Ocean Grove Park is a community-owned and volunteer-run nature park and this event is the major fundraiser for the year. It will be held on the first Saturday of the new year, the 3rd January 2026 and will run from 4pm - 9pm.

This event showcases musicians and entertainment, produce and craft from many of our locals and caters for all age groups. Attendees of this event can enjoy a family friendly evening of a variety of foods, drinks in the bar area, market stalls to find something special. Kids will be entertained and activities are available. The mainstage offer entertainment all evening and a grassed area to sit on. Entry per adult $10, umder $16's free.

Stallholders must have market insurance. We will not provide insurance.

Power will only be supplied to food stalls (stallholders are to provide their own lighting). If you require power for food preparation you will need to select the food stall in the stall selection below. All appropriate certificates are required. SOT and CFA approval.

Site requests: Given the number of these requests we are unable to guarantee that we can grant all, however we will do our best to accommodate you.

Set Up: Stallholders will be allowed to arrive between 1pm - 3:30pm to set up and must be ready to strade by 4pm. For the safety of everyone, all stallholders must remain until 9pm.

Parking: Sites with parking cannot move their car until after 9pm. All other sites without onsite parking will need to drop off at the site in setup time. Limited onsite parking is available. All other vehicles must find alternate parking outside of the park.

All stallholders MUST hold a current Certificate of Currency (Public Liability Insurance) to attend Tranquility @ Twilight

When you click the APPLY button below your application will be sent to the organisers. Successful stallholders will be chosen based on the business of the stall and the suitability to the event. Once selected you will be notified and be required to pay your stallholder fee asap or by the 1st December 2025 to secure your spot. If you fail to pay by this date you will forfeit your site.
