      • Bookings are first in best dressed.
      • No holds or pre bookings will be made.
      • Privates must be prepaid through our payment terminal below.
      • Athletes are welcome to book as many sessions as they like, there is no limit or restriction
      • Bookings will not be accepted if you have an overdue account.
      • If the booking is for multiple athletes it is the person making the paymentsresponsibility to collect the other persons half of the fees, our booking system only allows for 1 payment to be collected. Apologies for this inconvenience.

      Cancellation Policy:

      • Full tumble private will be payable if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
      • Full tumble private will be payable if Athlete does not show up for their booked time.
      • Refunds/Credits or Rebookings can be provided if adjustments are made  more than 24 hours before the booking time.
