Dynamic Solutions For Change LLC has the following cancellation and refund policy for all American Red Cross courses. Please ensure that you fully understand these terms and conditions before you sign.

1. Since some of the American Red Cross courses must have a minimum student enrollment, there may be occasions where a class must be cancelled or pushed out a few weeks to increase enrollment. If this occurs, Dynamic Solutions for Change LLC will contact all students as early as possible to provide an update. If the change is inconvenient to the student, then a full refund will be issued within 15 days.

2. BLENDED COURSE - (If cancellation is initiated by the student) The student can receive a full refund (100%) of their course fee IF they HAVE NOT started the online course AND it is no less than 15 days from the course start. Request must be made in writing (email only). If the student has started the online course or it is less than 15 days (more 48 hours) from the course start, they can transfer their registration to another available date within the next 90 days. After 90 days, no refund will be issued

3. CLASSROOM ONLY COURSE – (If cancellation is initiated by the student) The student can receive a full refund (100%) of their course fee if they cancel in writing (email only) no less than 15 days from the course start. If the student cancels less than 15 days (more than 48 hours) from the course start, they may transfer their registration to another available date within the next 90 days. After 90 days, no refund will be issued.

4. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS (48 hour notice) – The student can receive a 50% refund of their course fee if they cancel in writing (email only)within 48 hours of the course start. 

5. ONLINE ONLY COURSES - Online Only courses are non-refundable.
