    We've received lots of feedback over the years, and now we're trying to create a more hands-on approach for our clients when it comes to determining the services YOU want on your property for the coming season!

    Many of you have said that you're not even aware of all the services which we offer, so we're trying to provide a way for you to see them all in one place, select which ones you'd like pricing on, and then we can build you a maintenance proposal which reflects your priorities on your property!

    Please take your time, read through the list, select the ones you'd like, and submit the form! We'll compile the information, build out a proposal, and get it sent to you as soon as we're able for finalization and confirmation!

    • We're happy to take most  maintenance plans, and break them down into equalized monthly payments, due the last day of each month for you!

      What this means is that we can take the total value of the proposal we send you, and break it down into monthly payments, so you can plan you budget more easily! If anything changes (such as you sell your house, cancel services, or anything like that), we'll simply calculate the difference and adjust the final invoice up or down based on services rendered to that date. It's clean, simple, and effective!

      Please select the number of months you'd like to see your payments broken down into, and we'll get back to you with what that would look like in your individual case (some exceptions may apply).

    • Our favorite forms of payment are eTransfer, cash, and cheque. This is not only due to their simplicity, but also due to the fact that more of the money stays within our company (and therefore within our community) than when clients pay with credit cards.

      In October 2022, the Government of Canada ruled that businesses could begin to charge a surcharge (2.4%) for credit card processing fees to clients who opt to use this form of payment. As a small business, every little bit makes a HUGE difference to us. In some cases, credit card processing fees are as high as 3.5%. As you can imagine, this adds up to thousands of dollars a year that simply go to VISA or MasterCard, rather than supporting local businesses and families. 

      As such, we strongly request that you consider paying with one of the alternative methods available (other than credit card).

      In cases where a credit card is the desired method of payment, a 2.4% surcharge may apply (dependent on the projected overall contract value). Please indicate below whether you plan to pay by credit card or via other available methods of payment. If a surcharge will apply to your contract, we will inform you ahead of time.
